摘要
本文提出一种数据集成模型,以供CAPP系统适应制造环境.工艺资源包括功能独立、数据关联的多个基本子类.通过引用、耦合、复合实现相关子类聚集,描述产品、设备和工艺方法本体.其间的映射驱动表达工艺资源的外延,成为CAPP的规划界面层.在适应期,系统吸收制造环境中的工艺数据,资源体及其界面共同演绎.在学习期,界面映射域及其权值累积消长,自我组织.工艺知识用层次化数据类库和抽象化规则表示.类库支持属性继承和模式演进,规则用于驱动和引导.模型改善工艺资源的动态组织性,提高了系统适应能力,在GS-CAPP中初步得到验证.
This paper describes a integrated data model and formulates adaptive mechanism forCAPP System. Process resources include different kinds of primitive data. Specification,couple-linking and composition provide connections among primitive data,which depict product,process methodand other process resources. Relations among different resources express extension of processresources and create general integrated interface. During adaptive time,CAPP system absorbs newdata objects,resource body and it's extension revolve simulateously. During learning time,reflectedobjects and weights of rule of integrated interface change and organize automatically. Processknowledge are expressed by hierarchical data-class and generalized product rules. Hierarchical class iseffective for reuse and evolution. Product rules are the driving and inductive kernel part for CAPP.The model is implemented in GS-CAPP and it improves the system's valuability,dynamicity andadaptability.
