非洲菊组培快繁技术研究

The Rapid Multiplication of Gerbera Jamesonii by Tissue Culture

用非洲菊（扶郎花）的花蕾为材料，进行组培快繁技术研究，ＭＳ＋ＩＡＡ１０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＫＴ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ１０ｍｇ／Ｌ 对诱导花托形成苗较好．经驯化培养，ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ ０．０３—０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＫＴ ３ ｍｇ／Ｌ对苗的增殖较好．

Using the receptacle of Gerbera jamesonii as the explent, we had investigated the rapid multiplication by tissue culture. MS + KT 0.1 mg/l + BA 10 mg/L was more available for inducing formation of the shoots from the receptacle. Through demesticated culture, MS + NAA0.03 --0. 05mg/L + KT3mg/L was more available for propagating shoots. MS+ NAA0.03-0. 05 mg/L+ KT3 mg/L was more available for inductin formation of the roots.
