摘要
用非洲菊(扶郎花)的花蕾为材料,进行组培快繁技术研究,MS+IAA10mg/L+KT0.1mg/L+BA10mg/L 对诱导花托形成苗较好.经驯化培养,MS+NAA 0.03—0.05mg/L+KT 3 mg/L对苗的增殖较好.
Using the receptacle of Gerbera jamesonii as the explent, we had investigated the rapid multiplication by tissue culture. MS + KT 0.1 mg/l + BA 10 mg/L was more available for inducing formation of the shoots from the receptacle. Through demesticated culture, MS + NAA0.03 --0. 05mg/L + KT3mg/L was more available for propagating shoots. MS+ NAA0.03-0. 05 mg/L+ KT3 mg/L was more available for inductin formation of the roots.
