Convenience Preservation Technique (Self--regulating Gas Storage) Study on Wild Edible Mushroom from Yunnan(Russula Virescens and Boletus Edulis)

摘要 对云南野生菌(青头菌、牛肝菌)的薄膜穿孔保鲜方法——自然气调法进行了偿试性研究.结果表明,在聚乙稀薄膜上开直径为 10 mm的孔 3~4个,即可使其保存期延长为 4 d,风味基本保持不变.开一个孔时,结合能释放CO2的物质进行包装,贮存4d后.仍符合野生菌鲜销商品综合指标. A convenience preservation technique, self-regulating gas storage method to wild edible mushroom (Russula virescens and Botus edulis) from Yunnan was primarily studied. The results showed that when mushroom were packed with polyethylene plastic film that open 3 to 4 gas-permeable windows of 10 mm in diameter, or that open 1 same window but contain some chemical material that can release CO2, the wild mushroom's storage life could be prolonged for 4days in summer and their flavor and appearance quality were still fresh.
