自放热条件下甲烷部分氧化制合成气

摘要 本文报道自放热条件下镍基催化剂催化氧化甲烷制合成气的反应行为,考察了载体和反应温度对催化活性和选择性的影响.结果表明,Ni/Al2O3催化剂的活性和稳定性最佳,Ni/ZrO2次之, Ni/La2O3最差;CH4转化率及H2和CO选择性均随温度的升高而增大. The catalytic partial oxidation of methane to syngas by exothermic reaction itself has been studied over Ni - based catalysts. The particular attention is focused on the influences of support and reaction temperature to activity, selectivity and stability of catalyst. It is found that the catalytic activity and the stability of Ni/Al2O3 are better than those of the Ni/ZrO2 and Ni/La2O3 system. The methane conversion and the selectivity of CO and H2 are increased with increase of temperature and decreased with the time.
