摘要
本文考察了微波辐照条件下Ni/La2O3催化氧化甲烷制合成气的反应行为.并与常规加热条件下的反应结果进行了对比.结果表明,微波活化方式下,CH4转化率及产物H2和CO的选择性均随原料气空速的增加而增大;达到相同的CH4转化率时,微波活化方式下催化剂床层温度远比常规加热低得多,且产物中CO选择性明显高于后者;镍负载量对催化活性无明显的影响.
The catalytic activity of Ni/La2O3 catalyst for the partial oxidation of methane to syngas under microwave irradiation has been studied. It is found that the CH4 conversion and the selectivity of CO and H2 increased with increasing the space velocity, and the effect of the Ni content on catalytic activity was negligible. Compared with a conventional heating mode, the temperature of the catalytic bed is much lower and there is a higher selectivity of CO with microwave irradiation.
