本文以乙二醇独甲醚作溶剂，在Ｍｇ（ＣＩＯ４）２及盐酸存在下，使呋喃和丙酮缩合，合成了 ２，２，７，７，１２，１２，１７，１７－八甲基－２１，２２，２３，２４－四氧夸哒烯，产率达３９％～５４％，

Octamethyl-21, 22, 23, 24-tetroxaquaterene was synthesized by the condensation of furan with acetone using 2-methoxyethanol as solvent in the presence of Mg(ClO4)2 and hydrochloric. The yield was 39% -54%.
