摘要
以电化学方法,将吡咯单体(Py)聚合到玻碳电极(GC)表面,制成了聚吡咯修饰电极(PPy/GC),采用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)研究表明,在 1. 0 mol/L HCI(2℃)介质中, PPy/GC电极对 IO3离子有较灵敏的响应,其还原峰电流Ip与IO3离子浓度在5.0×105~8.0×10-3mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Ip(μA)=-3.90+1.209 × 105 c(n=7,γ=0.9998).检测下限达2.0 × 10-5mol/L.该修饰电极可作为碘酸根离子的化学传感器.本文还对其还原反应机理进行了初步的探讨.
The modified electrode of polypyrrole (PPy/GC) was prepared with pyrrole monomer (Py) polymerizing on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GC) by electrochemical method. This electrode has good response to the electroreduction of IO3 in 1. 0 mol/L HCI solution (2℃) by linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). Its reduction peak current (Ip) is proportional to the concentration of IO3 in the range of 5. 0 x 10 -5 to 8. 0 x 10 -3 mol/L, and its regression equation is IP(uA) = - 3. 90 + 1. 209 x 105 c (n= 7, r=0. 9998). The detection limit is 2. 0 x 10 -5 mol/L. This modified electrode could be used as a chemical sensor of iodate. The reaction mechanism was discussed.
