Effect of Metals on the TLC Resolution of Amino Acids

研究了金属离子Ｃａ，Ｍｇ，Ｂａ，Ｚｎ对薄层分离氨基酸分离效果的影响．实验结果表明金属离子的介入使氨基酸在薄层上的色谱行为发生改变，从而有利于分离．在采用Ｚｎ离子浸渍的薄板上对１０种氨基酸混合物进行分离，取得良好效果．

The separation of 10 amino acids was studied on metal ion impregated silica gel thin layers, the resolution is considered to be affected. This method provides resolution of ten amino acids from the mixture.
