摘要
合成了二安替比林间甲氧基本基甲烷(DAmMM),研究了它和铬(Ⅵ)的显色反应.在磷酸介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)存在下. DAmMM和铬(Ⅵ)反应生成橙色产物,λmax= 480nm,ε=1.77x105 L· mol-1· cm-1.铬( Ⅵ)含量在 0~8μg/25 ml内符合比尔定律,方法用于食品和水样中铬的测定,结果满意.
Diantipyryl- (m-methoxy) - phenylmethane (DAmMM ) was synthesis. The color reaction of DAmMM with Cr(Ⅵ) was studied-In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ), DAmMM can react with Cr(Ⅵ ) to form an orange product in phosphoric acid medium. The molar absorptivity is 1. 77 x 105 L. mol-1. cm-1 at 480 nm Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -8 μg/25 ml. This method can be applied to the determination of chromium in water and food with satisfactory result.
