使用微扰理论推导了带电粒子与库仑复合原子碰撞中的有效势，推导中考虑了屏蔽长度和原子结构总和规则．
We use perturbation theory to derive an expression for the effective potential in the scattering between a charged particle and a coulombic complex (an atom) in terms of the screening length and the atomic structure sum rules.
