摘要
对高压静电保鲜的作用机理作出了解释.利用高压静电场对豌豆荚进行了保鲜实验,表明O3和空气离子的保鲜效果十分显著.
The mechanism of effects of high electrostatic field on vegetable preservation are interpreted.High electrostatic field is used to treat green pea pods in the experiments of vegetable preservation.Results show that O3 and air ion have very distinct effects on vegetable preservation.
