摘要
从锁相放大器的选频放大相关接收直流放大的原理出发,理论分析了锁相放大器对脉冲信号测量时,输入信号与输出信号之间的关系,并用实验进行了证实.结论对用锁相放大器测量非正弦调制信号及脉冲激光信号具有重要意义.
The relation between an input and output measuring pulse signal on Lockin Amplifier is theoretically discussed according to the Lockin Amplifiers principle of selective frequency amplifyingphase related measuring demodulationdirect current amplifying,the conclusion is affirmed in experiment.This conclusion is of important significance to measure nonsine modulation signal and pulse laser signal in this way.
