摘要
组成了一个电阻温度、交流磁化率温度关系的测量系统,用于研究超导体的电性和磁性.应用该系统,对高温超导体Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3O进行了研究.电阻测量发现,正常态下快冷样品呈半导体特征,随炉冷却样品呈金属性;交流磁化率测量显示出,在液氮温度以上,有两个抗磁区域。
In order to obtain resistivitytemperature and AC Susceptibilitytemperature relation,a measuring system has been designed and installed.Using this system in studying on the electric and magnetic property of superconductor.The electric and magnetic property of the superconductor Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3O has been studied in this paper.It was found in resistance's measurement that the quenching sample behaved as semiconductors,but the sample cooled with the stove's temperature showed the properties of the metal;It was also fond in the AC susceptibility measurement that there are two diamagnetic area above 77K,and the lowTc phase showed the character of the weaklinks.
