水污染治理工程的多级估量分析

Multistage evaluation method for sewage treatment project

为使水污染治理工程优化方案与部门决策有机结合起来，提高其实施的可能性，本文提出利用多级估量分析对水污染治理工程方案实施的必要性、可行性进行综合分析。设计了这一方法应用的具体步骤。并就某市水污染治理工程方案，进行了实例研究。

In order to combine optimal project of sewage treatment with departmental decision so as to raise its feasibility,the multistage evaluation method is offered to analyze comprehensively the necessity and the feasibility of the project.The detailed procedures are designed for applying the method;and a sewage treatment project of one city is analyzed as an example.
