摘要
本文讨论在实际运输问题中供应能力受限制的情况下，通过在约束条件中引入参数来求解从而减小问题规模的一种算法。
The objective of this paper is to discuss an algorithm in which parameters are applied in constraints to reduce the scale of the transportation problem in the case of limited supply ability.
