微分理论在弹簧设计中的应用

摘要 弹簧作为电工产品,是决定高低压开关开断特性的主要元件.通过将微分理论应用于弹簧设计,提出了准确进行弹簧设计的类比法,在理论上阐明了弹簧各几何尺寸允许存在的最大偏差. Spring is a product electrical engineering.Specially,it is a major component that decides the high low switch′s characteristics of turning on and turning off.By using the differential theory in the design and manufacture of spring,the analogy method can be given.by the method,spring can be designed accurately.In theory,it is expounded that the maximum deviations of spring′s geometyic sizes can be defined rapidly and accurattely by using the differential theory in the manufacture of spring.
