GMAW 焊接工艺参数对焊缝几何尺寸的影响

Influence of Welding Parameters on Weld Geometry Sizes of GMAW

利用ＧＭＡＷ焊接热场的数值分析模型，设计了ＦＯＲＴＲＡＮ程序，通过计算研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝几何尺寸的影响．实验表明，焊缝几何尺寸的计算值和实测值吻合良好，计算结果可用于生产中焊缝几何尺寸的预测和控制．

By means of the numerical analysis model of the temperature field of GMAW,Fortran program was designed.The relationship between the welding process parameters and the weld geometry sizes was obtained based on this model. The predicted weld dimensions were in agreement with the measured ones through the experiments result,and this can be used to predict and control the geometry sizes of the weld.
