党的十四大，提出我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制．市场经济能否与社会主义公有制有机结合，是我们今天面临的新的理论与实践问题．对此从５个方面进行了探，讨和论证，以求得出正确的结论．

At the 14th Congress of CPC,the establishment of a socialist market economy was defined as the goal of economic restructuring in China.How to integrate market economy with the socialist public ownership properly is a new challenge,in both theoretical and practical fields that we are facing today.Here,to find out the solution,this problem is analysed and demonstrated in five aspects.
