以近几年《沈阳工业大学学报》中论文引文为调查统计的基础，重点分析研究了馆藏中外文期刊对著者从事科学研究及撰写论文的保障程度，并提出了改进期刊工作的具体措施与办法．

The supply degree of foreign language magazines in our library for author to do research work and to write papers was mainly studied and the method of the improvment of magazine managemant was proposed,based on the investigation and statistics of the paper citations in Journal of Shenyang Polytechnic University.
