为加快排版速度和保证期刊质量，将以往只收取手写稿件改为兼收磁盘稿件；研究了接收磁盘过程中遇到的一些问题，并提出了解决办法．

The reception of hand writing manuscript for the journal was changed into that of magnetic disc in order to make the editing speed faster and the guality higher.Some problems in the reception of magnetic disc are discussed and the method for solving them is proposed.
