摘要
针对一般放电灯镇流器铁芯气隙所伴随的缺点,研制了一种新型无气隙放电灯镇流器,它用加入了铁磁性材料的胶粘剂将四段硅钢片用粘接到一起。该技术可大大降低原材料消耗,减小产品体积和重量,同时简化了加工工艺。
Directing against the disadvantages shown and brought about by the stabilizer′s iron core air gap of common discharging lamps, a new type of stabilizers is developed for the airless gap discharging lamps. This type of stabilizer makes its four sector of silicon steel plates join together in which a tackiness agent has been added and mixed with a ferromagnetic substance. This technique can greatly lower raw material consumption, minimize the weight and the volume of the product, at the some time simplify the processing procedures, lower the production expense and increase manufacturing efficiency.
