A Brief Checking Method of Model JR15 Thermal Relay

大型炼油化工企业中常年运行的热继电器数量较多，校验热继电器的工作十分繁重。针对这一情况，归纳推导出热继电器动作电流整定值计算公式，并据此绘制出热继电器校验电路。实践证明用该方法校验热继电器具有时间短、灵敏度高。

There is a large number of the thermal relays in operation of a large scale petrochemical oil refinery. Therefore, it is quite heavy and hard work to check thermal relays. Upon this circumstance, an equation for finding the current set value rectified under relay′s actuation is inducted and reasoned out. As the above result, the paper presents a checking circuit having been drawn out accordingly for the thermal relays. Practice proves that this checking method is characterized by less time, high sensitiveness and reliable performance in protection.
