A description is presented of a semijumping storey houses together with their features and designing methods. When designing, a principle is laid stress on economy, pragmatism, comfort, displaying human spirits. It is particularly concerned and emphasized that house′s function division, flow line organization, subjective structure, space moulding and saving land use are all put into exploration.
