摘要 目的:观察烧伤创面渗液中白细胞介素12(IL-12)与创面愈合的关系。方法:在换药时采用海绵吸取创面渗液,用免疫酶联方法定量检测其中IL-12的含量。结果:在伤后初期的创面渗液中,IL-12含量为(95.33±39.77)pg/ml,与正常血清的IL-12含量(81.33±55.02)pg/ml比较接近。烧伤2~6d组和7~11d组IL-12含量明显升高,分别为(228.34±101.43)与(264.87±127.42)pg/ml。12d以后进一步增高,12~16,17~21,>21d组分别为(1431.05±1206.35),(1640.58±1178.78),(1915.75±1329.62)pg/ml,一直维持在较高的水平。结论:在不同时期创面渗液中IL-12含量有所不同,中晚期创面渗液中的含量显著高于早期创面及正常血清中的含量。 Objective: To measure the concentration of interleukin-12 (IL-12) in exudate at different stages of deep burn wound, and to observe their relationship with wound healing. Methods: The exudate of wounds were extracted during dressing change, and the concentrations of IL-12 were measured by ELISA. Results: The concentration of IL-12 was (95.33±39.77) pg/ml in early stage burn wound exudate, which was very closed to (81.33±55.02) pg/ml in normal serum. The concentrations of IL12 in both 2-6 and 7-11 d group rose obviously and were (228.34±101.43) and (264.87±127.42) pg/ml, respectively. Twelve days after burn, they were more higher and kept a higher level all the time, which in 12-16,17-21,>21 d groups were (1 431.05±1 206.35), (1 640.58±1 178.78) and (1 915.75±1 329.62) pg/ml. Conclusion: The concentrations of IL-12 are different from each other at different stages of burn wound and are higher at metaphase and later stage than at early stage. It suggests that IL-12 is related to controlling of inflammation during wound healing.
