摘要 目的:探讨急性期反应质α1酸性糖蛋白(AGP)对中性多形核粒细胞(PMNs)吞噬和杀菌功能的影响。方法:大鼠静脉注射AGP,以大鼠游移型和非游移型PMNs在吞噬过程中的化学发光为检测指标,并将经AGP调理后的PMNs与酵母聚糖混和进行体外实验检测。结果:AGP组PMNs的化学发光值大大强于对照组,AGP对PMNs氧化发光的增强作用随剂量的增加而增加,但用AGP调理的酵母聚糖组,其PMNs化学发光值明显低于用正常大鼠血清调理的酵母聚糖组。结论:应用AGP可以明显增加游移型和非游移型PMN的吞噬和杀菌活性。 Objective: To investigate the effect of AGP on the oxygenation activity of polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs) both in vivo and in vitro. Methods: Chemiluminescence(CL) of circulating PMNs (non-migrating PMNs) and PMNs harvested from peritoneal cavity (migrating PMNs) were measured in the presence of zymosan opsonized with the serum of normal rats. Results: PMN-CL was significantly higher in AGP group compared with control group, no matter PMNs were obtained from blood or from peritoneal cavity. In vitro study showed a doserelated increase of PMN-CL after PMNs were incubated with AGP for 1 h. However, in AGPopsonized zymosan group, the PMN-CL was significantly lower than that of serumopsonized zymosan group. Conclusion: It is indicated that administration of AGP can significantly increase the specific oxygenation activity both in migrating and nonmigrating PMNs. This effect of AGP is directly on the PMNs rather than acting as an opsonin.
