烧伤及延迟复苏对大鼠肝、肺、肾组织PLA_2活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察烧伤及烧伤后延迟复苏对大鼠肝、肺、肾组织磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性的影响。方法:SD大鼠给予30%TB-SAⅢ度烫伤,按不复苏、早期复苏、延迟复苏分组处理,杀鼠取肝、肺、肾制成组织匀浆,测定PLA2活性。结果:烫伤后肝、肺、肾组织PLA2活性均显著升高,高峰在4~8h;早期复苏组PLA2活性较不复苏组明显降低,但仍高于对照组;延迟复苏组PLA2活性在肝、肾组织明显高于不复苏组,在肺组织也有升高,但无显著差别。结论:大鼠烧伤后肝、肺、肾组织PLA2活性显著升高,及时有效的液体复苏治疗可以降低PLA2活性,延迟复苏则可以增强PLA2的活性。 Objective:To investigate the effects of burn and delayed fluid resuscitation on the activities of phospholipase A_2(PLA_2)in liver,lung and kidney of rats. Methods: SD rats were scalded with 30%TBSA Ⅲ°. They were divided into no resuscitation group(B), early resuscitation group(BE) and delayed resuscitation group(BD). Liver,lung and kidney of rats were obtained to measure the activities of PLA_2. Results:The activities of PLA_2 in liver,lung and kidney of rats postburn increased significantly.Its peak was during 4 to 8 h postburn. The activity of PLA_2 in BE group was significantly lower than that in B group, but still higher than that in control group. In liver and kidney,the activity of PLA_2 in BD group was significantly higher than that in B group, while in lung there was only slight increase. Conclusion: Burn can significantly increase the activities of PLA_2 in liver,lung and kidney, which could be decreased by timely and effective fluid resuscitation. However,delayed fluid resuscitation increases the activity of PLA_2, hence aggravating the injury of tissue. 
