摘要 目的:研究大鼠烧伤后肺中性粒细胞(PMN)浸润及肺损伤的时间过程。方法:大鼠背部皮肤浸入沸水10s,致15%TBSAⅢ度烧伤。伤后不同时间点杀死大鼠,测定肺净含水量、肺微血管通透性的变化、肺间质及肺泡PMN的浸润。结果:烧伤后4~8h,肺PMN浸润及肺损伤明显;烧伤后12~16h,肺巨噬细胞数量增加,肺损伤及肺PMN浸润逐渐减轻;烧伤后20~24h,肺炎症反应基本消退。结论:大鼠皮肤烧伤可以导致远隔部位肺PMN浸润和损伤。 Objective: To study the course of PMN infiltration in lung and lung injury. Methods: Rats were subjected to a 15%TBSA scalded in boiling water for 10 s. At different time periods after burn, rats were killed, the changes of lung net water, permeability of pulmonary microvascularity and PMNs infiltration in lung were examined. Results: Rats experienced pulmonary inflammation after burn. At 4~8 h following burn, inflammation in lungs was on the acute stage, and lung injury was the most severe. During 12~16 h following burn, macrophages increased and inflammatory reaction began to resolute. During 20~24 h following burn, inflammatory reaction in lungs almost dissipated. Conclusion: A skin burn on rat can cause pulmonary PMN infiltration and lungs injury. PMN have an important role in lung injury mediated by inflammation.
