摘要 本文提出了一个区域水环境污染控制的系统工程方法:“控源导流”,阐述了“控源导流”的理论和整个系统工程的三个主要实施环节;污水收集、污水输送和尾水处理,论述了实施“控源导流”的意义。并以连云港市水环境综合整治方案为例,对该理论的实际应用做了具体的介绍。 a new practical system engineering method of regional water pollution control, 'Stream conduction with source control”,is put forward. The theory and implementation of this method as well as its significance are introduced. Also, a case study on water environment control planning of LianYungang city is discussed as a practice of “stream conduction with source control”
