摘要
通过对国内外同类机具的大量对比试验,确定了本机主参数的选择依据,在前弯短叶片系列风机研究成果的基础上,进一步研制出最高效率点范围较宽的新型节能风机,在配套动力的选择、喷射部件等工作部件的结构设计、新材料选用以及制造工艺等方面比传统技术有所突破,达到了减轻重量、提高射程、降低功耗、减少污染的目的。
Through a plenty of comparing trial with the same kind of machinery in the nation and in the world, an alternative selection of the main parameters for the machinery have been decided. On the basis of research fruit - the full series of front curved short leaf - a new type of saving energy far with the highest efficient points spread in a wide range has been studied out. Which has got a great leap by comparing with the traditional ones in the selection of matched power, the structure designs for the operation parts of spraying ejector etc, the selection of new materials and the productive technology. So that the fan has the effects of light weight far ejection distance, reduction of power consumption and decreasing pollution.
