摘要
论述了黑龙江省旱区推广节水灌溉技术的迫切性和必要性；同时针对当前旱区的高产农艺要求，提出了研究行走式节水灌溉机具的技术方案及相关配套机具。
The urgency and necessity of popularizing economical irrigation techniqne for Heilongjiang province dry area were expanded. Besides, to counter the high yield agronomic requirements in present dry area, a technical plan of study on economical irrigation machinery and matchable implements was put forward.
