摘要
采用多刚体动力学模型分析了链传动的动力学特性。在考虑了链节的质量和惯性的基础上,采用该模型给出链传动的动力学方程。利用数值法,可求得链传动动力学特性。
This paper analyses dynamic behaviour of roller chain drives with multi rigid body mode.Considering mass and inertia of chain link,dynamic equations are given with multi rigid body mode.Because numbers of rigid of multi rigid body system in chain drives change with dynamic removel of chain link and dynamic addition of chain link,multi rigid body mode drives is different from n +3 bar mechanism.All of these characteristics are inherent characteristics in chain drives.With numerical method,numerical solution of dynamics in chain drives is given.Results of solution of dynamic equations show that when centre distance in chain drives is even number of half pitches,there are large impact load and unstability in chain drives and when the centre distance in chain drive is odd number of half pitches,there are small impact load and stability in chain drives.It is clear that centre distance which is odd numbers of half pitches is optimum distance.Results of the paper are contrary to results obtained from four bar mechanism mode which is often used in chain drives.
