摘要
根据齿轮啮合原理,建立了采用圆弧型线的加工刀具(滚刀)修缘参数与被加工工件(齿轮)修缘参数间的关系式,提出了采用成形铣刀按工件齿数分段的分组方法,确定了分组刀具的原始齿廓修缘参数,并以此做了台架试验。结果表明,修缘齿轮比标准齿轮在减振、降温等方面有明显改善。
In this paper, according to theory of gear engagement, a parameter relationship is given between circled shape hob and gear profile. A tools sorting method is presented by simulating willing cutter's and some modification parameters are calculated for the sorting tools of original tooth profile. A bench test is made. The results show that a modification profile gear is in good condition that a standard one in lowering vibration and temperature aspects.
