摘要
对络合剂用于提高Purex流程铀线低浓Np、Pu分离效果的可能性进行了初步探索。比较了几种羧酸型络合剂对Np、Pu、U的络合分离效果。研究了络合剂浓度、HNO3浓度、温度、相比、时间等因素的影响。模拟料液的逆流串级实验结果表明:采用合适的络合剂能显著改善U中Np、Pu的分离效果,U-Np分离系数增大100—300倍,U-Pu分离系数增大近1个数量级。
he work is a preliminary investigation on the application of complexing agents to the improvement of U/Np and U/Pu partition. The batch distribution experiments are carried out with some aliphatic dicarboxylates and hydroxycarboxylates as complexing agents. The effects of varing complexing agent and nitric acid concentration, phases ratio,temperature and contaction time on the DNp and DPu in their extraction and reextraction process are studied in detail. A simulated solution to second uranium cycle are used for cascade extraction technique to demonstrate SFNp/U and SFPu/U, which is 100-300 fold and ten fold respectively larger than those for hydroxylamine as reductant.
