络合剂用于 Purex 流程中铀线低浓镎、钚分离的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对络合剂用于提高Purex流程铀线低浓Np、Pu分离效果的可能性进行了初步探索。比较了几种羧酸型络合剂对Np、Pu、U的络合分离效果。研究了络合剂浓度、HNO3浓度、温度、相比、时间等因素的影响。模拟料液的逆流串级实验结果表明:采用合适的络合剂能显著改善U中Np、Pu的分离效果,U-Np分离系数增大100—300倍,U-Pu分离系数增大近1个数量级。 he work is a preliminary investigation on the application of complexing agents to the improvement of U/Np and U/Pu partition. The batch distribution experiments are carried out with some aliphatic dicarboxylates and hydroxycarboxylates as complexing agents. The effects of varing complexing agent and nitric acid concentration, phases ratio,temperature and contaction time on the DNp and DPu in their extraction and reextraction process are studied in detail. A simulated solution to second uranium cycle are used for cascade extraction technique to demonstrate SFNp/U and SFPu/U, which is 100-300 fold and ten fold respectively larger than those for hydroxylamine as reductant.
