摘要
通过均匀试验和单纯形优化法试验,得到了间苯二甲腈催化加氢的优化工艺条件:即催化剂用量12%、溶剂乙醇、液氨添加量与间苯二甲腈之比分别为4.1∶1(g/g)、6.8∶1(mol/mol),反应压力4.51MPa及反应温度126℃和反应时间5.3h,最优工艺条件下间苯二甲胺的收率可达83.7%,产品纯度稳定在97%以上.
The optimum condition for catalytic hydrogenation of isophthalonitrile was obtained via homogeneous design and simplex optimization.It was found that the yield of m phenylenediamine was 83.7 % with a purity of over 97 % under the optimum condition,i.e.,the amount of catalyst was 12 %,the ratios of solvent ethanol and liquid ammounia to isophthalonitrile were 4.1∶1 (g/g),and 6.8∶1 (mol/mol) respectively,the pressure was 4.51 MPa,the temperature was 126 ℃,and the reaction time was 5.3 hours.
