NAA,BA对彩色马蹄莲品种“风韵”组织培养的影响

Effect of NAA and BA on tissue culture of colorfur Lallaily“Fengyun”

研究了不同ＮＡＡ，ＢＡ对彩色马蹄莲品种“风韵”组织培养过程愈伤组织增殖、芽的分化和生根的影响。结果表明：ＭＳ＋ＢＡ０４ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基对愈伤组织增殖效果最好；最佳的分化和生根培养基分别为ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ１０ｍｇ／Ｌ和１／２ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０５ｍｇ／Ｌ。

Studies on the effect of different proportions of NAA and BA on callus proliferation,bud differentiation and rooting of colorful lallaily `Fengyun' in tissure culture.The result shows that MS mdeium supplemented with 0.4mg/L BA and 0.5mg/L NAA has best effect on callus prowferation.The preferable mdeia of differentiation is MS supplemded with 0.2mg/L NAA and 1.0mg/L BA and the preferable medium of rooting is 1/2 MS supplemented with 0.5mg/L NAA.
