两个非洲菊品种叶片的离体培养

Leaf culture in vitro of two varieties of Gerbera jamesonii

采用ＭＳ培养基为基本培养基，添加不同浓度及配比的ＮＡＡ和ＢＡ，对两个非洲菊品种“奥林匹克”和“紫鹅绒”的叶片进行离体培养，诱导愈伤组织。结果表明，ＭＳ＋０５ｍｇ／ＬＢＡ＋１５ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ培养基诱导效果最好，但不同品种之间存在培养效应差异，其中“奥林匹克”品种较“紫鹅绒”品种诱导速度快。

In order to induce callus,MS media supplemented with NAA and BA of different concentrations and ratio were used to culture leaves of two varieties of Gerbera jamesonii cv‘Olympic’and‘Zi e rong’.The results showed that medium of MS+1 5mg/L 6-BA+0 5mg/L NAA was preferable.The inducing process was different between varieties,and the inducing speed of G.jamesonii cv‘Olympic’was faster than of G.jamesonii cv‘Zi e rong’.
