摘要
传统的土地资源调查方法、管理和更新手段落后，远不适应土地资源现代化管理需要。针对土地利用现状及变更调查中存在的问题，按照《规程》要求，利用计算机、ＧＩＳ和遥感等高新技术研制一套适合县级土地利用现状及变更调查信息管理系统。该系统获１９９７年度四川省科技进步三等奖。经应用推广，取得显著的社会、经济效益。
The traditional method in survey of land resources is out of date.A land use survey and updating MIS was developed incorporating computer science,GIS and remote sensing.The system was awarded by Sichuan Provincial Government as Sci-tech.progress third prize honour.It achieved significant social and economic effects after it was extended.
