A Brief Report on Breeding of Jinfeng 2-1 Using Protoplast Fusion Tachnique

本文报道科间融合新品种金凤２－１的选育过程，并提出了得到核融合菌株和促使其双核化是远缘融合成功和得到可育杂种后代的有效方法之一。

This article reported the breeding of Jinfeng2-1 from Flavninulina Velutipes and Pleurotus Sajor-cajy use protoplast fusion technique.To get the nucleus fusion strain and then dikaryotication are considered to be one of the ways to make distant hybridization succeess and to get fertile descendants.
