萧山市1996年0～4岁儿童死因分析

Study on the death of children aged 0～4 in 1996 in Xiaoshan

１９９６年萧山市新生儿、婴儿、５岁以下儿童死亡率分别为６．２３‰、１０．０２‰和１５．３６‰，其中婴儿死亡占５岁以下儿童死亡数的６５．２２％，新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡数的６２．２２％。５岁以下儿童前四位死因为意外事故，新生儿疾病，先天畸形和呼吸道疾病。新生儿前四位死因分别为出生窒息，早产、肺炎和败血症。

In 1996 the mortality rates (1/1000) of newborns, infants and under 5 years old childern were 6.23, 10.02, and 15.36 respectively in Xiaoshan, and 65.22% of those under 5 years old occurred during infancy, while 62.22% of those infants death occurred during neonatal period. The first four classified causes of death of under 5 years old children were accidents, neonatal diseases, congenital malformation and respiratory tract disease. The leading four diseases were neonatal asphyxia, premature, pneumonia and septicema.
