香料烟浸膏提取工艺及其应用效果研究

Extraction Technology of Condensate of Oriental Tobacco Extract by New Methods and Effect of Its Application

本文改进了原有烟草浸膏的提取工艺，并用新的工艺成功地提取了香料烟浸膏。新工艺更加简单，挥发油挥发少，大大节省了乙醇用量，所得浸膏香气更加突出。香料烟浸膏用于混合型和烤烟型卷烟后，对卷烟的香气和吃味均有明显改善。

This paper reports the improvement of extraction method of condensate of tobacco extract, and condensate of oriental tobacco extract was extracted successfully by new methods. The results showed the new technology was simpler than the old one. Moreover, loss of vilatile oils from oriental tobacco was lower and consumption of ethyl alcohol lessened during extracting with the new methods. Condensate of oriental tobacco can be applied to cigarette flavoring of blended-type and virginia-type. Experimental results showed that it could significantly improve the aroma and taste of cigarettes.
