摘要
研究了榨菜中微量铅标准加入法微分电位溶出测定。探讨了酸度转速等因素对测定结果的影响。
A new method of differential potentiometric stripping analysis for the determination of microlead in the Zha Cai was studied. The effects of acidity, rotating speed, etc. On the result of the determination were discussed.
