摘要
本文从分析人类居住的需求规律着手，结合我们院近年来一些实际工程项目的设计成果和经验，对新的时期如何展开城市住区建设与设计，做些初步的探讨和研究。
Starting with analyzing the law of human housing demand, as well as combining with achievements and experiences of some concrete engineering projects designed by our institute in recent years, this article is aimed at making some tentative probe into and research of how to carry out the construction and design of urban residential quarters in new ages
