摘要
本文阐述了国内住宅厨房卫生间建设的现状和所取得的进步，进而对住宅厨房、卫生间的整体设计、产品开发、新技术新产品在住宅工程中的应用、设备与土建施工中的矛盾等诸多问题作了细致分析，并展望了跨世纪我国住宅厨卫的设计与设施。
of the thesis:This thesis expounds the present conditions and achievements of the construction of residential kitchen, bathroom and lavatory at home and abroad; and makes a thorough analysis of the overall design of the kitchen.bathroon and lavatory, the development of new appliances, the application of technique and new products to building houses, and the contradictions caused by the unfit equipment in building lots. It also offers a prospect about the 21 # century's design and appliance of kitchen, bathroom and lavatory in China.
