摘要
用热分析方法和热传导原理,对医铸模用水冷控制模温进行了研究,总结出一整套模具冷却水孔的设计要领和计算公式,列举了计算实例。阐述了压涛模控制模温后对提高压铸件金属组织的致密度、压铸生产频率和延长模具寿命等起到的效果。
The way of controlling the temperature of diccasting dies by water cooling is studied and applied in this article on thermal analysis method and thermal conduction principle. A series of design skills and calculation formulas about cooling bore of the dies are summarized, and several computing examples are listed. The way results in good effect on casting density, productivity, die longevity.
