多侧孔件压铸模具的设计

Design on Die Casting Die with Side Holes

多侧孔件压铸模具因有较多抽芯,往往模具相当复杂,在设计中,每进行一步都必须尽量使模具简化,这样在使用中才会少出现问题。文中所设计的模具从简化毛坯图到定模的大斜度抽芯及动模抽芯穿过镶块且长距离抽芯等各个难点都予以充分考虑后,使复杂的模具,具有可靠的性能。

The die for die casting with many side holes is alwasys very complex because it has many cores to be drawn out, so everything in its design must be considered very carefully to simplify the structure of the die, thus to avoid the problem in use. Considering the problems of simplifying the structure of castings, drawing-out cores by large angle in stationary mould, drawing-out cores through an inside block in moving mould, drawing-out cores with a long distance, the design in this paper makes the complex die have high reliability.
