促芽肥影响水稻再生芽萌发的生理生化基础 被引量:8

Physiological and Biochemical Base of Germination of Ratooning Buds of Rice ( Oryza sativa L.) as Affected by N Applying for Bud Development

摘要 研究了促芽肥影响水稻再生芽萌发的生理生化基础。结果表明,在头季抽穗后25天施用150kg/ha尿素的促芽肥可以提高再生芽的活芽率,增加再生芽的芽长。生理生化的分析表明:施用促芽肥可以明显增加母茎中的可溶性蛋白质含量,提高茎秆、叶鞘和再生芽中的GA3含量,降低ABA的含量,并且增加茎秆中的POD活性。由此可见,头季后期施用促芽肥促进再生芽的萌发可能与促芽肥提高茎秆和再生芽的GA3含量、降低ABA含量、增加茎秆的POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量、促进营养物质向再生芽转运有关。 Pysiological and biochemical base of germination of ratooning buds of rice ( Oryza sativa L.) as affected by N applying for bud development were studied with cv.Shan You 63. The results were as follows:150kg/ha of urea applying for bud development at 20th day after heading(DAH) of the main crop could increase the percentage of alive buds and the length of ratooning buds.Physiological and biochemical assay indicated that N applying for bud development might increase the soluble protein content,GA 3 content and POD activity,but decrease ABA content in rice plants.This indicated that improving the germination and growth of ratooning buds by applying N for bud development related to the increase of GA 3,soluble protein content,POD activity and the decrease of ABA content in rice plants,which likely promoted the transportation of nutrient material to ratooning buds.
