摘要
对植物细胞质雄性不育分子机理的探索促进了水稻线粒体基因组的研究。线粒体基因组的物理和遗传图谱已经构建。线粒体基因组在不同水稻品种组间存在广泛的多样性。发现线粒体基因组中含有经重排了的叶绿体DNA序列;也在核基因组中发现线粒体类质粒DNA的同源序列,并且这些同源序列在核基因组中分布于有限的染色体区域。核背景的变换不仅会引起线粒体基因组的结构变异。
The exploration of the molecular mechanism for cytoplasmic male sterility in plant enhanced the study on mitochondrial genome in rice.Genetic and physical maps of mitochondrial genome have been created.Diversity of the genome was found extensively between rice groups.Transferred chloroplast DNA sequences were identified in the mitochondrial genome of rice.Besides,restriction fragments homologous to mitochondrial plasmild-likd DNAs were also detected in rice nuclear genome and located within limited chromosomal regions on the nuclear genome.The change of nuclear background could cause the modification of mtDNA organization and the expression of mitochondrial genes.
