恢复系１３１３是采用粳质粳籼中间材料与籼恢配组的方式选育而成的籼粳中间型广谱抗病恢复系，它具有配合力强、恢谱广、生育期适中、开花习性好，穗大粒多，千粒重３０ｇ以上，抗病性强和再生力强等特点，经多个不育系测配的杂种Ｆ１，具有显著的杂种优势。

Restorer line 1313 was developed by crossing the female parent japonica indica hybrid to the male parent indica restorer.It has good combining ability,wide restoring spectrum,moderate growth duration,good flowering habits,large panicle and multi spikelets per panicle,and 1000-grain weight over 30 g. It also possesses good disease resistance and strong ratooning potentiality.The F 1 hybrid combinations of 1313 with other sterile lines showed strong heterosis.
