摘要
通过近20年的聚合杂交,将来自高加索(Kavkaz)和美国的WeiqueRed-mace两个1B/1R易位的优良基因,以及墨西哥矮秆基因,渗入到我省自育的优良小麦品种中,育成了1B/1R易位系“绵阳8168—0—14”。经多年观察、鉴定和配合力测定,该材料表现出产量结构合理、综合抗病力强、亲本的配合力好、杂种F1代优势明显等突出优点,是实现我省小麦高产育种可资利用的创新材料。
Through twenty years convergent cross, Mianyang 8168-0-14,a translocation line carrying 1B/1R translocation,was developed, which combined the dwarf gene from Mexico and the elite genes of both wheat varieties, Kavkaz from USSR and Weique Redmace from USA containing 1B/1R Translocation. This material had reasonable yield component, highly comprehensive resistance to diseases, high combining ability and obvious hybrid vigor.It was the innovatory material that can be used in the high yield breeding of wheat in Sichuan.
