摘要
以不同产量、品质和抗病特点的材料作为亲本,采用互交结合新种质的输入和选择,改变了皮棉产量与纤维强力之间的负相关,并育成了一系列高产高强力新品系。采用两个以上亲本的复交,结合新种质的引入和选择能有效地扩大重组,改善皮棉产量和纤维品质的不利相关,在改进纤维强力与细度时,低麦克隆值应放在首位。
Varieties characterized by different yield,quality and disease resistance were crossed by intermating and some new germplasm were introduced.The negative correlation between lint yield and fiber strength was overcome, and a series of high yield and high fiber strength strains were bred.Through composite cross,germplasm introduction and selection,the recombination between lint yield and fiber strength enhanced and the negative correlation between lint yield and fiber strength changed.To improve fiber strength and fineness,low micronaire must be considered first.
